Exchange Only Policy
Badgyalmerch do not offer Refunds however, we offer an Exchange only policy on clothing only.
We do not offer refunds/exchange for sale items, Jewellery, Swimwear or Sunglasses due to hygiene reasons.
We know that sometimes when you receive your clothing it doesn't fit just right. This is why we have an Exchange policy to ensure you get the right fit. Items must still have original tags with its original packaging. Items can only be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please note we do not cover the exchange shipping cost of your item(s) so to keep the cost low we would advice you to use your local post office. If the item you exchange is less, we will provide a gift card for the difference.
